- Quizzes: Once a quiz has been accessed or started, it is non-refundable.
- Subscriptions or Courses: Cancellations can be requested within 2 hours of purchase, provided that none of the quizzes or services included in the subscription have been accessed or used.

- Subscription Services: If canceled within 2 hours of purchase and no content has been accessed, you may be eligible for a full refund. After 2 hours, or if content has been accessed, no refunds will be provided.
- Courses & Learning Programs: If canceled before accessing course materials, you may be eligible for a refund. Once the content is accessed, refunds will not be issued.
